Experienced Lettings Negotiator
The ideal candidate would have 1 to 3 years experience in residential lettings and be keen to learn about residential sales.
The role
- To promote and expand the estate agents name
- To arrange and attend lettings and sales viewings
- To liaise with property landlords and vendors
- To generate and follow your own lettings leads, via canvassing
- To quickly build rapports with potential tenants and buyers
- To be target driven, money motivated and keen to progress a career in estate agency.
- Candidates must also be well presented and able to work on own initiative, under pressure.
As well as helping to develop lettings you will be expected to assist the sales team when ever needed.
