Jacqueline Scollan is a specialist Property Lawyer and has been involved in conveyancing for over 30 years, having trained at a large London law firm which enabled her to develop her skills by exposure to wide ranging and complex property transactions including being at the forefront of the development of the law around modern shared ownership property. This led to Jacqueline setting up the firm of J Scollan & Co in 1999.
Jacqueline is married with two grown up children and six grandchildren. In her free time Jacqueline enjoys going to the gym and spending time with the grandchildren and overseas travel.
Jacqueline specialises in: Commercial Conveyancing, Shared Ownership transactions, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Regina Bannigan is a specialist Property Lawyer and has been a Partner at J Scollan & Co from its inception in 1999, having previously gained significant experience at a large London law firm which provided her with exposure to a wide variety of complex leasehold and freehold property transactions.
Hailing from County Monaghan in the Republic of Ireland, Regina came to London in the 1980’s and has always lived and worked in West London. Family and friends are a very important part of Regina’s life., she travels back to Ireland on a regular basis to see family and enjoys a full and fun packed social life with her friends.
Regina specialises in: Residential Conveyancing, lease extensions and variations. Leasehold block acquisitions/assignments and management.
We both feel it is most important to keep uptodate with current developments and regularly complete professional development courses in conveyancing law and practice.
